This a rare RRRR cancel and although the stamp itself is torn, the postmark is clear. The value is in the postmark here, not the stamp.

Charles Leski had a similar example for sale a few years ago at $200.

The sale price will include basic letter-rate postage around the world, registration and insurance are additional at your cost if required.
