I have this US Scott C88, Type AP61 in a 2019 Specialized Scott catalog. Catalog mentions listing C88a as yellow-green instead of orange-red tagging. I am very new to tagging ID and have the below poor picture - best I could do. The tagging to me looks to be blueish. What color is the tagging normally? Orange - red im guessing? What makes this tagging look blueish?

Your stamp has the typical orange-red tagging used on first tagged airmail stamps. It is easy to see in the white space above 26c. The yellow-green are pretty rare and I am told known ones are in collectors hands. I don't see any blue green you refer too. On these used stamps airmails the tagging can become very splotchy when soaked.
