I want to jumpstart a collection of French-Indochina and post 1954 Geneva countries and revolutionary organizations to 1980 or so. If you have something you want to sell, describe and provide price. I am NOT looking for a cheap remainder collection with just common floor sweepings. Mint hinged ok for more modern. There is no urgent deadline so patient but would like to buy something by year end.
