These two are fairly common. Very collectable. The missing top line on the Franklin is probably because it is at the top of the pane of 100. In the PSS Classics catalog, the Franklin is listed at 25 $ as opposed to 10$ for the same Schermack. Spokane is listed at 50 cents.
As you know, most Franklin's are scissor jobs.
