Rod222-I don't think you noticed the article "Cercetasia in filatelie"



I'm trying a translation of the beginning of the article:
„The presence of our philatelic scout should be a real source of pride. We hold a world premiere at the jamboree level!
On the occasion of the Jamboree in Sibiu (1932) a series of commemorative postal stamps was printed, the first philatelic issue associated with such an event. (1)
It was a year before Hungary launched an issue for the 1933 International Jamboree."



In the issue of 6 stamps of 1932 appears King Carol II (stamp of 3 lei) and together with his son - the future King of Romania, Mihai I (stamp of 6 lei)
