Having trouble with these two fellows.
Identified as Edefil # 194T 1878 (Page 8, Tomo V)
25c
Is this a Telegraph? (Unpunctured)
Anyone recognise the attractive Postmark? Telegraph or Postal Postmark?

Maybe Matasellos de uso general
1879
Rombo de puntos negro

(seen image but the dots were a lot finer) Author RK1468

PS: I do not repair the bent Tooth whilst dry, it would snap off, I soak in water, later, to do that.

30c Timbre Movil
Unable to locate in Edefil Vol 5 or 6

The dotted rhombus postal cancellation with a star is normal for the stamp this era, but I wouldn't even bet $1 on it.
The other is a prosecutor from the 40s, Spanish State, he wears a yoke and arrows.

Yes, as Roberto59 mentions, rombo de puntos con estrella (star), also found with rombo interior (centre rhomboid). One of my favourite Spanish postmarks. Common for that issue in black, just Edifil 194.

If any member would suggest what Catalogue (Nationalist) this may lie in, please post.

Again, Thank you Roberto.

Spanish TELEGRAPHS Note
My note: These stamps were inscribed "COMUNICACIONES" to indicate that they were valid for both postal and telegraphic communications.
This was changed to "CORREOS Y TELGRAFOS" (Posts & Telegraphs) for the 1879-89 issues, possibly to prevent their use to pay for telephone calls ?
The use of punches appears to have been phased out as the cost of telegraphy dropped and potential re-use was less of a problem.

The first telephone call by private line other than by experiment was made in Fregenal de la Sierra, in Badajoz in 1880. The date of 1879 coincides with the introduction of the telephone as a means of communication in Spain. The word 'comunicaciones' would have got a wider meaning at that time.

Your idea might not be far of the mark. I would expect it was due to more correctly describe the use of the stamps due to the change in the meaning of 'communications' and not so much to explicitly exclude payments of telephone calls. I suppose an example of "same difference."

Just for transparency,
the "my note" and comments
