Justfella - What leads you to believe it genuine specifically?

I just posted a detailed comparison that the overprint is genuine.

No worries,
I've been trying to understand the postmark
and I think I may have a decent guess for you on what it may look like.
Maybe?

Brisbane would be correct, the year "1938" isn't. The 'SPECIMEN' overprint was first introduced in collectors packs in 1942. It may be 1946 or 1948.

Hi Just_fella

So far:

City: Brisbane
Suburb/Area: --H
Date: 08/02/48
