Barbados 1938-47 2 1/2d used block of 4 perf 13, corner sheet margin example from the lower right pane. I've gauged it at 13 all around, making it Scott 196 with a 2015 Scott catalogue value of USD$0.95 for a single. Little chance that it is a 170a with compound perfs. Indistinct CDS, possibly for the Registered Letter Office given the payment of 10d and because it is a duplicate from an accumulation in which the previous collector was seeking RLO cancels.
