I know some errors on this sheet of this exist as imperforates, but recently found this wild error. The jack-o-lantern thread reminded me I had set this aside for investigating.
I took a photo instead of scan since it showed better.
That is the only one I know of. I am digging through a few binders where I may have put die cut specific stuff, will post more if I find other interesting errors.
