Hello. Can I please get some help with China 1940 stamp? Is error, oxidate or anything else? Also with denomination? (nr 2) thanks in advance.

Your top stamp is a changeling. I do not know what you see on the second stamp - can you please explain?

Yes, the mandrels are different, on left and right frame.
The first stamp is a Scott Type A37
the latter is a type A57

I make the lower stamp (re engraved) (Image is poor)
Sc#370 1940 A57 2c Olive Green.

Not only left and right but also top and bottom framing making it an entirley different stamp as Rod noted.
