Wanted: Classic (Pre-1940) Worldwide Stamps To Fill My Scott Modern Stamp Album

Howdy. Along with other stuff from my dad I got his old 1940 Scott Modern Stamp Album (he's still alive and the album was old even for him). I'd very much like to fill it as it was something practically impossible for him as a young boy in 50s St. Petersburg Russia. It's essentially a World wide album in brief, with lots of partial and complete sets from pretty much every country and colony at the time. Filling this will take some time, but maybe you could help.

I'm looking for used, mint, anything really from before 1940. If you have dupes please do consider me. I'll pay cashola or do trades. If you have something like this, do send a message my way. Cheers!

That's a pretty broad request. You may want to limit your first request to the areas of most interest and see how many bites you get. For instance, I have lots of Australian duplicates, but really don't know what you need. You can email me through the system and we can see what we can do. Good luck.

It's a worldwide album so basically any country is desired. The only reason I'm casting such a broad net is because one can't usually find kiloware of stuff before 1940 because it's usually worth more. There is at least a few pages of any major country and at least a page for any colony. I really am grasping at straws, but I've been surprised before at shows finding entire stockbooks of nothing but classics arranged by country, but I always catch them after they've been sold and are being shown off to other collectors by the buyer.

I guess in essence my request is: if you have one stamp from Labuan or something, it's not worth your time to reach out to me, but if you have 500 stamps from Labuan, then we're talking.

Countries that are well filled: Germany, Bosnia, Canada, Czechoslovakia, Somalia, Jugoslavia, Eritrea

Countries with nary a stamp: Aitutaki, Andorra, Allenstein, Azores, Bermuda, Brunei, Cape of Good Hope, Cayman Islands, Cape Verde Islands, Congo, Cook Islands, Cuba, Crete, Cilicia, Danish West Indies, Diego Suarez, Fernando Po, Falkland Islands, Fiji, French Colonies, German Colonies, Greece, Haiti, Indochina, Liberia, Martinique, Mozambique, Portugal— to name a few
