I have a hand-colored FDC of the Nebraska 1991 waterfowl stamp and a Canada Goose Station postmark. Who is the cachet maker? The design has "Milford" in the corner and the initials KM below the design. Has it anything to do with Collins?

Sounds like a Collins to me... I saw a similar Rhode Island combo cover with the 1991 Rhode Island Duck stamp, a USA Wetlands stamp, and Rhode Island state stamp (Bicentennial) on it... I believe it was post-marked Providence, RI.

An image would nail it down for sure. Does it look like this one?

John

When I have a cachet question, I gravitate to Jim McCusker's website
http://www.jamesmccusker.com/
His "online cover shopping" link is extensive and a great reference. It has the following cover listed under cachetmaker of "Collins hand painted" and it has Milford in the design, etc.:

Thanks, John Becker! The cover you show is the one I was asking about. I thought it might be a Collins cover.
