I tried this chart but it didn't match. I've tried for several days trying to find a matching rune chart on the internet with no luck. I've tried, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Viking and others.
Definitely esoteric! There's a couple of characters which don't make much sense. A unicode transliteration, where these characters are indicated by square brackets, goes as follows:
