Hip stamps has changed its format. It seems to have made searching cumbersome. Am I missing something?

I just went and checked on tonights no reserve auction and it's nowhere to be found.
And their 'CONTACT US" just gives you the run around with countless numbers of questions never allowing you to actually contact them.

Rosenberg Philatelics didn't even bother to answer my questions regarding one of their own items in last week's auction. Consequently, I refused to bid on it. This ain't the first time that's happened.

I'll stick to eBay and dealers I've bought from before.
