The total sales are impressive, but the number that stands out to me is the average price per lot. Siegel sold 10,233 lots - that means that the average lot sold for $4,320 (including the 18% buyer premium).

That is impressive. The upcoming year should be healthy as well given the sales on the docket thus far. I wonder when the next Gross sales will be? Kind of strange that they have not continued in this market.
