I do not have Scott, but from the site not to be mentioned here, Scott 214 is the 1935 photogravure 2½d. Your stamp is neither. It is a 2d orange stamp). The photogravure issue has a solid background to the portrait. Yours has shading. So, it is the surface-printed (typographed) 1924 issue. The same site identifies it as Scott 190a.
Note, you have a rather espensive watermark variety.
