Not sure if this is even the correct forum. I tried to find others like this but none with attached receipt. Is this a common find? I don't collect this type of item so I am planning on selling if worth while.
Value: imo, irregularly toned and not ever mailed, thus greatly reduced monetary value to the philatelic market, perhaps worth about the cost of mailing it someone today. The stub would make it easy to slip into the fold of a saddle-stitched magazine for original distribution.
