The value is negative as it reduces the value of the wonderfully well centered stamp as compared to a lightly regularly cancelled stamp as such you show. Inverted precancels are not usually significant either, interesting for precancel collectors but carries little or no extra value beyond a proper upright precancel.
Yeah ... concur with previous entries about the precancel. But on the positive side... Wow ... huge margins and well centered! Nice stamp and GREAT centering.
