Just unpacked another discount lot and discovered 19 of these Blue Jay 20c booklets. All are sealed, and the few I peeked into are S2222. Are these all BK237?..

Did you look at Scott 3048a which describes a serpentine cut with S2222? |

Would cover rouletting distinguish BC128 from BK237 - 8 1/2 gauge vs 12 1/2 gauge? |

Scott describes the characteristics of the different panes. Glue strip at top of pane, roulette gauge etc. Do you have a Scott? |

Ax - if you have S2222 with gauge 12 1/2 rouletting, you have won the lottery. |

eyeonwall: wait, doesn't 12 1/2 gauge and S2222 mean 3048a (convertible booklet?) that's what my 2021 Scott Specialized says. Or am I reading it wrong |

I don't understand - there should not be any 1995 for either vending or convertible self-adhesive (the only 1995 are the lick & stick booklets) |

It is the date on each stamp I was thinking of. The date at the top is just when the design was copyrighted, not when the stamps were issued. |

I looked in the 2022 Scott general catalogue and it lists the "convertable" booklets (3048a) of 10 at only $4.00 catalogue. The notes below mention those numbers. The vending machine booklets (3048b) are listed with 4 stamps at $40 and (3048c) with 6 stamps at the higher catalogue value of $100.
It mentions nothing about rouletting, but obviously that is in the specialised catalogue.
Edit:added word convertable
Note found at another online web page stating : Convertible booklets (#3048a) with plate number S2222 always have gauge 12½ rouletting on booklet covers. |
