Why should I?

I already paid for others' Durland and Scott. See: http://goscf.com/t/82148&whichpage=1

And no matter the outcome it will be the minimum fee. That is the price of education at times, all philatelic education is not free, not that am I sure some philatelic education would have qualified for student college loans.
