A most interesting stamp exhibiting a dissemination of small dust particles evidently residue left behind from a cleaning cloth that has adhered itself to the printing press. This unique example should be classed as a printing error.

That which is most desirable for collectors of the stamps in this series is centering and color along with gum condition. The intensity with which this fabulous example bosts its color cannot be overstated. The centering is clear of the design. A first hand examination will however make it clear that the disturbed gum mentioned in the certificate is perhaps a bit unnecessarily highlighted even though it is described as "lightly".

It just doesn't get much better than this. A breathtaking perfectly aligned precision applied New York Registered in oval cancel. It's also interesting to note that this cancel could hardly be a more clear and bold rendition. The stamp itself of an impeccable preserved state for a used Columbian typically printed on suboptimum paper. This one is both marvelous in this regard as well as an extraordinary example of above average rich color retention for a used 'red' ink stamp.
And so much more.
