I have covers from the first day of issue and last day of issue for the Farley imperforates.

I found the first day cachet in Mellone's catalog of cachets listed as 752-771-34 Top Notch.

The problem is Top Notch also did a modified cachet by adding "Last Day Reprints - '35" under the U.S. in the ribbon below the eagle. This change is not listed /numbered in Mellone's.

Does anyone have an idea of what the number would be for the last day cachet?? Or, can you point me towards a source that might have the information??

The Mellone catalogs list first day cachets, not cachets for other events, such as last day of sale, in this case. Also, the Mellone catalogs are quite lacking for some (most) issues. If I were pressed to "invent" a number for it, I would call it something like 752-771-34 Top Notch-variety(last day)
