Thanks Geoff why I believe it is good philately to always ID the stamp in question I was thinking it was a "Q-C" stamp, Ergo I was looking at trying to decode the Roland Lexicon (Acronyms)

Tks again. I saw "one penny perf issues" in my catalog but failed to realize it was referring to stars and not 4 corner letters as was posted then deleted. My mistake.
