I am puzzled by the reference to Michel as having listings for only a few countries. I have the Michel postal stationary catalogs for East (2004/05) and West (2003/4) Europe, which covers pretty much all of Europe apart from Germany, for which they have a separate catalog. Later editions divide Europe up differently. but still appears to cover all of Europe.

I can show an older Postal Stationery catalog, which may be of interest to some. The cover is in sad shape but the rest is quite decent. This is Volume 2; I don't know what Volume 1 would have included.
