Hello. I inherited a stamp collection. In there I found a this stamp that supposedly is a 554b. Can anyone help and tell me if it could be the one. Here I leave an image of said stamp. Thank You.
Without looking that closely at your image, I say look up 499c.
For anything to be imperforate between no hint of blind perforation or dents in the paper should be seen. On 499c this includes the areas of the stamps themselves as on some 499, the perforation row is shifted upward and with blind perforations. Thus there are no perforation blind or otherwise between the stamps in the space between the images but there is a blind perforation row between the upper and lower perforation at the top and bottom of the vertical pair.
