Hello all, I found this and been looking online and not finding only the 2 USPS 10 Years In Space dual 2 stamps & 2 Silver stamp that is the same as the stamp. Any body know anything about this display? Value for insurance.

It's a gimmicky "collectible" not worth insuring. You might find someone who'll offer you $5 for it. It was likely one of those vastly overpriced items sold in the '70s and '80s (and still sold) by the Franklin Mint, Danbury Mint, Collectors Group, et al that enticed buyers with marketing puffery like rare, limited edition, special release, etc. Sorry.
