Help With Old Albania Stamps?

Hi Everyone, your assistance is needed to identify these 4 old Albanian stamps.
They look a bit like the Korce issues of 1914-18, but are not the same. And I can't seem to match them up with the other Albania print issues from around that time.

These are from the 1913, First Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence
That being said ;they look like forgeries.

Catalog numbers would be around Mi 24, Sc 28, Yt 20, or SG 22, depending on your go-to reference.

I never thought about forgeries. Someone took the time to hinge these stamps though. (See photos).
And they were in a glassine envelope with a bunch of other Albanian stamps from 1927 and 1938 (see eBay).

But I was looking at Stamp Collectors World web-site and noted the following:

With very few exceptions, most of the stamps described on this page are VERY EXPENSIVE, and EXCELLENT FORGERIES exist for ALL of them! Extreme caution should be exercised, when purchasing any of these early hand-stamp-overprinted Albania stamps. It is recommended that only examples that are properly authenticated or certified should be purchased!

Those four are actually not all that expensive, my older Scott says under $10 each, but they were pretty extensively forged for the packet trade.
