1857-61 1-Cent Franklin Perforated - Need Help Identifying Plate, Relief, And Type

Hi,

I'd appreciate any help identifying the plate, relief, and type of this stamp. I believe it is a plate 12 B-relief, but the dot in the oval seems small, so I'm not sure.

The dot in the oval is definitely the one that identifies Plates 11 and 12. I think this is a C Relief, Type I from Plate 12.
