Mount Washington Hotel at Mount Washington.
Postmark - Kearsarge in New Hampshire. N.H is off center to rest of postmark, and the stamp is imperforated on left side and bottom.

The North Adams, Massachusetts cancel was applied by a machine made by the Columbia Postal Supply Co.
The Kearsarge, New Hampshire postmark is a "4-bar handstamp", applied by hand.

Although they may be hard to locate outside the U.S., two useful introductory books on the postmarks of this era are:
Russell Hanmer's "A Collector's Guide to U.S. Machine Cancels, 1871-1925"
Richard W. Helbock's "Postmarks on Postcards"

Even though this is not a Us postcard, I am curious if it is a machine cancel?
