The Phantom Jet Label is a publicity issue from 1968/9 to publicise the 300million lirot defence loan to help pay for the phantom jet fighter aircraft bought from USA.
It was first illustrated in the Israel Philatelist in June 1969. It was used on military and government mail in 1969-early 70's until used up. I have a full sheet of these stamps and many military envelopes with this as well as a few probable philatelic covers with the label and a copy of the original article. Some of the labels are known to have errors especially in perforations and in shifts in the blue printing. I am still looking for more examples.

Your Scott 929 is known in different shades and phosphors and has errors and is an NVI [NON VALUE INDICATOR ] stamp. ie the price changed. It is often collected by specialists who look for all the varieties, plate blocks, first days of rate changes , last day of rates etc both as mint and used on cover. Bale has a comprehensive list.
Your booklet pane is similar, there are 9 stamps in this series with similar varieties as above, again listed in Bale and many of the modern Israel specialist catalogues. Some of the phosphor varieties are very rare.
The Shekel series in the first picture is similar again.
Many of the modern Israel definitives have similar varieties, as do definitives from many countries.

I got an answer from the Israeli Philatelic Federation: They are working on the English website, but it will take time.

Your Klussendorf picture at the start of the post gives one example.There are hundreds of these labels. Each is machine produced by a vending machine on payment. Usually there are 6-8 values in the series reflecting the postal rates for both local and overseas post. Each machine has a specific number which reflects its location. Many collectors have all the values from all the machines, often in mint condition, and occasionally used. To obtain all the numbers from all the machines involves travel across all the country, or central purchase. Some of the labels are issued in different papers and with different phosphors, so varieties can be found. Some machines don't always work properly, so misprinted labels occur which are rare. The first issues were in July1990. There are also Massad, Frama and Sima labels in subsequent years.
The second label on your picture is a Massad 3rd definitive label export from 2002 and can be found in at least 8 shades/varieties.
Most modern Israel catalogues list all of this material in great detail.
There are many collectors in Israel who have all/almost all of the material.

Fascinating, thanks, always thought there were millions of "closet collectors" out there. It is indeed a worldwide hobby.

Frama collectors are similar in Australia, you think you can pick up a small collection, as there maybe little interest, ...until the crisp bidding begins.
