Looking for a camera similar to this to take actual size up to 5x stamp photos.Mine is on its last leg. This is a clipper that I bought on ebay about 10 years ago. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Personally, I would recommend a flatbed scanner. A decent Epson scanner will run less than $200.00.

Just buy a scanner. Even the least expensive will take better pictures. A better one like (Epson V600 photo which I have) will cost you, but several others are available sub $100 last time I looked (who know what inflation has taken place.)

Absolutely. A scanner is the only way to go.

By all means, go with a scanner.
The image produced by a scanner is much easier to judge for centering & such than that produced via a camera. Photos are usually taken at an angle, however slight that angle might be, making stamp dimensions more difficult to accurately discern.

Currently using Epson "Perfection" V370 photo
Council sale, paid $10

Last Epson I had (10 years) possibly 40,000 passes >
then developed a Moire problem.

Can isolate up to 40 stamps on the platen
using the carousel, you can scan each stamp individually
whilst you make a cuppa.

If you decide to go second hand, make sure you get the DVD installation disk/s

Bed scanner as part of my printer works well for me on larger formats.
I like my USB microscope for individual stamps as I can zoom in.

As stated before, not technical, but these two work for me.
