Can anyone help me identify the country of these stamps? I've tried, I really have. Scott, old handbook, the interweb.
Help! If you can direct me to the exact page in a Scott catalog, that would be much appreciated. I'm just now getting used to using them.

Trixie, if you Google "Imposta gov minerva" you get one of the hits as a Google book, an Italian catalogue with that stamp in it.

Hi Trixie,
not seen this before,
Would suggest an Italian Revenue or seal
Possibly a Italian municipal.
Do not recognise the COA or Minerva (Goddess or wisdom)
Would not be in the Scott Catalogue.

Thanks Peter! I tried every permutation on Google. Now I know! I'll post my other little mysteries here.
