One option would be to purchase a pack of Harris blank pages (there are two kinds - blank and speedrille). The speedrille pages have quadrille lines on them. The blank ones are blank... They come in packs of 64 pages, and you can purchase them on
eBay or somewhere else. Make sure you get the ones for Harris international albums.
You are going to run into this problem with the Statesman albums. No one or two volume international album will ever be comprehensive in scope.
