Need Help Identifying Postmark

Hi.
I'm new to this forum and have recently been collecting some postcards. I'm trying to date a postcard and it has postage and has been postmarked. I'm including a photo of the postmark on the card. I do know the postcard itself is after 1907 because the back is divided. The odd thing is there's no year on the postmark just the month and day. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank You

This type of steel duplex handstamp (with only two changeable slots in the dial's center), typically had a 2-digit or 4-digit year date in the area of the red circle.

Yours appears blank or very faint.
In fact, many postmark types do not even have year dates, leaving one with only a range of possible years.
That said, there should be a receiving postmark on mail of this era, although many offices had stopped the practice. Anything?

I used a jewelry loupe to look at the red circle and there's no year in that area. Thanks for the suggestion.
