Indeed. The stamps,of Ajman may be unmitigated tosh cooked up a dodgy character on the make and a susceptible local administration, but they're lost in the river of dross that followed. It's right that catalogues don't list these stamps, wrong that they list so many more issued since.

Was debating whether to post these, they stretch the limits of what one would call stamps. Ajman 1972. They are printed on thick, heavy, smooth, cardstock like paper and the image changes from a classic car to a "modern" car. More like a toy than a stamp. Stampworld lists the 2R and 3R for $9 and $12, unfortunately I don't have those. On the scan you might be able to make out the second image.

Thanks for posting,
there is no need for anxiety, they exist, they have history and why not post?
If you need to categorise, how about "Curiosities" ?
These are called "Lenticular" Ajman's clumsy attempt in the early days, is mirrored in the Latest 2021 United States Stamps (Lenticular)

I refer to them as labels, but I have them on genuine postage.

Horrible things to try and mount, mine are in little bundles
with rubber bands.

Countries that have produced
3D stamps with one or more images Not lenticular movement

Bhutan
North Korea
UAE
Egypt
Netherlands
Austria
Iraq
Morocco
New Caledonia

Gibby,
mounting, hinges won't cut it,
Archival double sided tape (circa $4) is the way to go,
4mm slip, will do.

Thanks for posting these Gibby01. I've not seen them before.

I've been sorting Yemen stamps today and I thought this plastic stamp with a soft looking lion would complement the cars:

I collect those that are fit my themes, but rarely post them, only if I have no other stamps to illustrate my posts. Two pages about Greek mythology:

If you have the tiny stamps, that is Michel 2733-48. The larger versions are Mi 2717-32.

It is described as "Munich. Olympic Games", March 31,1973. Blocks of 16.

4 of the stamps are for summer events: Sailing, Wrestling, Judo and Fencing.
