Hello again! I was on this forum a few years ago, then got involved in some other things and let my stamp collection slide for a while (although I still did some occasional lurking).

Luckily I still knew my old username and got my password reset today. When I looked up the date of my last post, lo and behold it was 5 years ago almost to the day!

I collect United States, mostly used. So far I am still trying to keep up with the new issues, but as they are increasingly numerous (and some rather silly in my opinion) I don't know how much longer I'll do that. This year's Mississippi River set is great, though.

I'm looking forward to lots of good questions and answers on this forum now that I'm back!

back, gabriella77us,

Collecting for the enjoyment of collecting, whatever that might be, is the name of the game. Don't hesitate to ask questions especially if you need basic information and especially more advanced sources of information for any possible topic. You should be able to find folks on this board a little further along on their collecting journey glad to share experiences.

Wishing you many enjoyable future days in our hobby. Russ

Glad you returned gabriella77us and hope you will continue coming in.

I have been away for a while too but not near as long as you.

I feel guilty being away as long as I was, but I did get into other things that took a lot of my time. I am scaling down my collection about 80% (+ or -).

I want to concentrate more on those areas that I really have an interest in.

Welcome Back!
We always can spot a friend.
I also collect used United States stamps. I get so mad when I can only find mint issues.
I have been collecting for 1 1/2 now and have also had trouble keeping up with and collecting the recent issues, especially used.

Glad to have you here and good luck with your collecting.
