Is the lower stamp in this pair #251i? (Missing serif on the "2".)

Opinion:
Looks like it.
Only 1 instance with Google (Vista Stamps)
but the image was possibly generic and too small to be of any use.
For sale $15

The image for "Broken 2" was excellent
and overprint in brown is listed.
