Nells250... I've read it's got mixed emotions. But also from what I read and info given by others here. So, if not corrected it will eventually destroy or cause irreversible damage to the stamp. Sadly there is no melt weight to fall back on if the pretty little picture is messed up. I see it as preservation not a restoration as it was there all along. We have no personal preference on the subject as long as the stamp is stabilized correctly after the fact and no physical repairs are done.
