I am not sure what should be taken as a grain of salt As I read it mostly affects stamps,com and their business model. I believe they are a marketing company not a shipper. My question is why some in the USPS wanted to keep the program. It discusses expanding markets as the justification.

"A grain of salt" because you really cannot trust that so-called "news" is accurate. It is a general comment, but in this case Linn's used another parties assessment that the ending of the program would impact Stamps.com and Pitney Bowes. That turns out not to be the case. These inaccuracies are the norm now in reporting from Sports to politics.
