I have this R Cross Boston Massachusetts precancel. Can anyone tell me what R Cross was, and whether this precancel is common?

Thanks, don. I saw a Red Cross drug store (not the charity) in Miami, but I don't know if this retail chain was in Boston, or if this was from the Red Cross charity in Boston.
