Thanks for the image. First, these are not cut squares, implying they are from postal stationery. Cutouts is probably a better term.
These are not from the original dies of the Double Geneva. Based on the look, the postcards where these originated is from the heyday of postcards, guessing somewhere around the 1890s. The original card would have some smallish value; cutouts probably very little.
