Can anyone identify the printing on the reverse of this stamp. Not seen this before so any help welcome.

That must be a dealer's stamp, or a forged Army Official overprint. The Army Official overprints were issued to army (recruiting) offices for official mail. Civilians were not allowed to hold official stamps.

It is likely this stamp importer back-stamped the official stamp when it added the used stamp to its stock.

Dealer's advertising back stamp
Very, very common.
Exists on stamps worldwide.

They also produce stamp Albums etc.
