The French TB seal is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 1st Anti-tuberculosis charity seal, issued in Denmark at the suggestion of Einar Holboll, a Danish postman.

The 10 francs issue apparently came from a booklet of 10 seals - scroll down to 1954 to see front and back of booklet:

Looking around the Internet you can also find the seal with a denomination of 200f, 500f and 1000f.

The booklet can be found with or without ads (for chlorophyll toothpaste)
