This is our 8th sale (so far over $140,000 has been raised) to benefit The American Diabetes Association. It contains lots donated by StampAuctionNetwork Auction firms Kelleher Auctions, Paradise Valley, Sam Houston, Dutch Country Auctions and Michael Aldrich, plus of course the autographed copy of Bill Gross's book, The "William H. Gross Collection - United States Classics, 1847–1869" -- with a "catch". You can be the seventh person to sign this classic and contribute to the ADA.
The sale starts with a $5 Columbian which in the StampAuctionNetwork census is the highest price paid for a used 245. The sale continues with some United States unusual tax stamps, two different Federal Duck stamp collection, a number of high catalog value Canada mint and used, a collection of scarce Trust Territory precanceled plate blocks, Foreign sets from A-Z, and finishes with a large accumulation of Cinderellas.
But the best part of this sale, is that it is for The American Diabetes Tour de Cure. Payment for your lots will be a charitable contribution to the ADA. If you win lots, payment will be made directly to the ADA using my American Diabetes Tour de Cure Donation page. The sale will close on November 4th at 12:00 noon EST.
