1863 Revenue Question

What are the chances that this is r79a?
I question pretty much every stamp I find in my inherited collection that has a catalog value above $10 but this one was in several protective envelopes so I figured I'd check if anyone can tell based on these pictures.
I didn't see a "revenue" forum but feel free to move this post if needed.

Odds are very good. Good color, correct impression, cancel date appears to be 1863, which is good, correct paper (very thin).

It appears to have a July 14th cancellation, which is my birthday, so that's is a neat coincidence!

I am not looking to sell it right now, but it's is good to know where to go if I wanted to sell it. I'm excited about the fact that it is what I thought it was, though. It's the first one in a few thousand that I've looked through so far that seems to be genuinely of some value.

I'll have to take a look when I get home today to see about the thin spot (is that the spot near the 1.60 at the bottom?). Is that usually damage caused by removing the hinge?
