Thailand Agriculture Revenue, Handstamp On Back Of Owner/ Seller?

I just acquired a few Thailand agriculture stamps from a UK seller.
These stamps came with old style home- made selvedge hinges plus a big name I think I read "MR Saigat".
Is anybody familiar with this name and was he a collector or a seller?

Being a revenue, perhaps a theft prevention mark from a business.
if it is, I doubt you will solve it.

I now think it reads M.R. Saiyut
The R is very stylized.
I also start to think that Saiyut is a Thai first name and the M.R. could stand for Member of Royalty (Mom Ratchawong).
The Thailand kings had so many children in the past. The descendants of the male princes have till this day the title M.R.
Google did not really help me find any match.
So, my guess is that one of these royal level people collected stamps and their importance is shown by the font size of the handstamp!

There is a M.R Saiyut listed in The Cambridge Review , and he was a professor at the University of Thailand.

Well, I can not find this thing back any longer - it is gone. When I google the exact wording that I used before, my computer remembers the exact address line, but a totally different website comes up. I will keep trying although I have not much time right now
