I was there as well, and since I did not bust the budget I may be back tomorrow.

Isn't it great to be at a World Series of Philately show the same day as the MLB World's Series is played?!?! : D

What types of items did you all acquire?

Any one visit the USPS booth?

RMSS, the Glendale Post Office has a table set up in the dealer area. It was a smaller set-up than what the USPS used to bring, but I did pick up some recent issues that I hadn't had a chance to order from Kansas City yet. (My local PO rarely gets anything but the basic issues.)

I was at the show in its opening hours, so they may have well added more offerings as the day progressed.

It was, as expected, disappointing. My wife went, in part, to talk to some of the people at the ISJP and they didn't even bother to show up. We had blocked out the entire weekend to be there, we got there, hung around for 3-4 hours and left. There was some decent foot traffic but I don't think that I ever saw anyone waiting for a chair at any table. I also never saw anyone at the USPS table, period, although I admit I wasn't really paying much attention.
