Storing USPS Press Sheets

I have acquired some USPS press sheets and wondering how people store them. When I was looking at them for initial storing, I noticed the dimension varied widely. From basic measurements, one would need something at least 28 inches wide and 40 inches long to store most sizes.

I wonder how the USPS envisioned people to store them. They were shipped in flats and tubes.
