re your TB charity stamp, the original French stamp is SG 948(1945). The Tunisian stamp overprint is Tunisia SG 287, Scott# B84.

Here we have a $5 offering for a 45c stamp
CV$ 6 stated as 1947

Vendors often have the CV of Mint stamps, whilst selling used

Buyer beware, indeed.
