Not seen before
Translate suggests Catalan
so yes, civil war refugee stamps of the Municipality of SARRAL

Sarral is a municipality and small town in the comarca of Conca de Barberā in the province of Tarragona in Catalonia, Spain. It includes the settlements of Sarral and Montbriķ de la Marca. Montbriķ was originally a separate municipality, but was incorporated into Sarral in 1972.

I'll check my Civil War Catalogue, it may take some time
this Catalogue is a doorstep, weighs about 2 Kilograms (or seems to be)

Not shown (that I can see in the Civil War Catalogue)
So perhaps just Local Municipal issuances.

I checked Pro Refugios, and Pro Evacuados, nothing there

Mind you I am dealing with Spanish and a catalogue of 700 pages
I may have missed them.

Tip: If you include "Catalan" in your thread title,
it may prompt some of our Catalan specialists on SCF

Those refugee aid cartoons have nothing to do with the mail, they are coupons that justify donations, but since there are people who collect anything........

Perhaps, you've forgotten that this is the cinderella area... Most items that are here, have nothing to do with mail.
